Welcome Abby! She is an 11 1/2 year old Australian Cattle Dog Mix.
Her papa passed away and his son was not able to keep her. He looked long and hard for the perfect retirement home for her. Abby is very sweet and is getting along well with Buddy, Lucy, Nick and even Bill the cat! She is spayed and UTD on vaccines. She is a bit anxious with all the changes but is already learning her new schedule. We know she’ll be fine.

Update 2026.04.27 Our sweet Abby was officially adopted on 8/27! Her new momma, Margaret Eowyn Clementine, fell in love with her at an adoption event we participated in at Pet Supplies Plus – Indianapolis, Indiana – Lawrence back in January.
Maggie joined our team and has been getting to know Abby the last couple months. Abby has bad separation anxiety so we all really wanted to take our time and do this transition right!
Abby had a spa day yesterday with Lyndsey Askren at Woodland Animal Hospital. She looks so beautiful! We are so happy Abby and Maggie met each other.
